Consignor Information

As with everything else you've done to prepare for the sale, there is a specific routine you must follow when dropping off your items. Please review these few steps to prepare yourself for the big day!

Drop off times are from 12:00-5:00 on Thursday, October 9th. You will bring your items to the Lake Highlands Baptist Church. We will have carts and rolling racks for you to use to transport your items.
Once your items have been approved, you will be asked to complete the consignor agreement. Please take a moment to review the agreement which is located on the consignor agreement page

Doing this in advance will help to speed up the check-in process.

Please bring a self addressed stamped envelope with your consignor # written on the back. If you forget your envelope you can purchase one at check-in for $1.00. This way we will be able to send your check to the correct address and in less time.

When check-in is complete, you will then deliver your items to the appropriate areas. You will need to have your clothing items pre-sorted by gender and size and all other items pre-sorted by type. Ex: book/videos/CD's would go together. There will be volunteers to help you in placing your items in the appropriate places.
