Consignor Agreement

Three Sisters Consignments and Consignor, (this is yourself, hereinafter referred to as Consingor) agree to the following:

Consignors will complete the Three Sisters Consignments Waiver by the check-in date for each sale.

Consignor will only present merchandise that is clean and in good working condition.

Consignor acknowledges that all items must be accepted prior to being placed on consignment. Three Sisters Consignments reserves the right to refuse items for consignment for any reason. Recalled items will not be accepted. When the CPSIA was signed into law on August 14, 2008, it became unlawful to sell recalled products. All consigners should check the CPSC Web site (www.cpsc.gov) for information on recalled products before bringing them to the sale. The selling of recalled products also could carry civil and/or criminal penalties for the consignor. Consignor assumes all responsibility regarding recalled items.

Consignor agrees that on the 1/2 price date(s) of the sale, all unsold items will be sold for 1/2 of the original price only if the item is labeled with a 1/2 in the upper left-hand corner of the pricing tag. In addition, consignor agrees that on the last day of the sale, all unsold items will be sold for 75% off of the original price only if the item is labeled with a "star" next to the 1/2 on the pricing tag.

Consignor hereby authorizes and gives specific permission to Three Sisters Consignments to sell any item that does not have a price indicated on the tag at a fair market price which shall be determined by Three Sisters Consignments. Consignor agrees to accept the price set by Three Sisters Consignments.

Consignor agrees that any item not clearly tagged with a Consignor number will not be sold, but rather placed in "lost and found." Any items not claimed from "lost and found" during consignor pick-up will become property of Three Sisters Consignments and then donated to the charity of choice. Consignor also agrees to claim unsold items by time required or items will become property of Three Sisters Consignments to be donated.

Consignor agrees that all items sold will produce a 70% return for the consignor thus giving Three Sisters Consignments a 30% return on all items sold. In addition to the commission charge, consignor agrees that an $8.00 consignor fee will be deducted from their commission check.

Three Sisters Consignments agrees to mail, via USPS, the Consignor proceed check no later than 2 weeks after the close of the sale.

Consignor agrees to cash their issued proceed check within 60 days from the date of issuance. Consignor agrees that any check received that is not cashed within 90 days may be cancelled by Three Sisters Consignments and will not be reissued. Consignor shall hold harmless and make no claim for damage, loss, theft, pricing discrepency, or injury against Three Sisters Consignments, its owners, employees, or establishment where the sales event is held and for any item placed on consignment.

Consignors will have the opportunity to sign that you agree to our terms during the check-in phase at the scheduled drop-off date. You must agree entirely with our terms in order to be a consignor with Three Sisters Consignments. If you have questions about any part of the agreement, please feel free to contact us.
