Drop-Off
As with everything else you've done to prepare for the sale, there is a specific routine you must follow when dropping off your items. Please review these few steps to prepare yourself for the big day!

1. Drop off times are from 12:00-5:00 on Thursday, March 4th. You will bring your items to the Highland Oaks Church of Christ. We will have carts and rolling racks for you to use to transport your items. You will check in first with your consignor number.
  
2. Once your items have been approved, you will be asked to "agree to" and sign the consignor agreement. Please take a moment to review the agreement ahead of time (it is located on the consignor agreement page). Doing this in advance will help to speed up the check-in process.

3. Please bring a self addressed, stamped envelope with your consignor # written on the back. You must have a legal sized, self adhesive envelope. If you forget your envelope/stamp or have you can purchase one at check-in for $1.00.

4. When check-in is complete, you will then deliver your items to the appropriate areas. You will need to have your clothing items pre-sorted by gender and size and all other items pre-sorted by type. Ex: book/videos/CD's would go together. Doing this will speed up the drop-off process for yourself. There will be volunteers to help you in locating the correct areas for your items however we are not responsible for placing your items. Any items left during drop-off that have not been properly placed will not be sold.

5. When all of your items are put away then you are finished! Now all you have to do is sit back, make some money, and shop the sale!

Pick-Up
Pick-Up will be from 7:30 to 8:30 on Sunday, March 7th. If you are not donating your items then you will need to collect them during this time. Any items left after 8:30 p.m. will be donated to the "Care and Share Ministry" at Highland Oaks. There will be no acceptions.

We will have all items grouped by consignor number. You will need to check-in again using your consignor number. A volunteer will assist you in locating your items. Please be sure to check all areas mentioned at check-in so as not to leave any items behind. The retrieval of your items is your responsibility. If you have heavy items that require assistance in moving please arrange for this prior to picking up your items. You will then gather all your items, load items in your car, and then check-out a second time with the volunteer. Please note, any items left will be donated. We will mail out all checks within two weeks of the sale. Remember that all consignors will be charged a $8.00 consignor fee in addition to the 30% commission. The total of this amount will be deducted from your total sales.

If you are picking up items for another consignor, this needs to be arranged prior to the sale by both parties involved.
